The legacy...

I know I have major blog neglect at this point but I am back....for now.

So yesterday we had our last all staff with Bob Russell and I was inspired and awed by the ways God has worked through that man. To have a congregation go from 25 in a house to 20,000 in a multi million dollar building is just amazing to me. To hear the stories of funny things that have happened over the years, how they had to do a building campaign four years after being in there "new" building, and how many different hats each staff member wore back in the day. I was wishing that I was a part of the original church and that I could have been a part of the changed lives throughout the years and the way that God has used this church.

The only thing I can think about is how much more God has in store for Southeast in the future and how excited I am that I get to be a part of that. With Dave Stone taking over and steering us with his vision, its exciting to think that there is more to come. My biggest question now is "what's my part in this new adventure?"
